I loved this well-kept hotel, it did not disappoint. Very amiable and attentive staff made my stay a very lovely experience. Its service was great. The hotel was in a favourable and fantastic location, to the very impressive old Dutch Reformed Church.

It has magnificent and incredible location to the Cape. The atmosphere of the hotel is family. Im glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with shower as well as mini fridges was not a problem...

The room was extremely pleasant and neat with an electric kettle and a radio.

Good old and well-kept accommodation with favourable setting near to informative museum and Gauteng and Cape in a quaint location and the very impressive old dutch reformed church. Excellent and great meals.

Spending Christmas in this small Karoo town was a unique experience! The rustic charm of the town combined with the warm hospitality of the guest house owners made my stay unforgettable. I loved that the guest house was in walking distance of historical sites and the delicious pizza restaurant attached to the property was a pleasant surprise. The secure parking was also a plus for me, given that I was travelling with my car.

The town itself showed some signs of neglect, which was somewhat disappointing. I also encountered some beggars on the street that made me feel uncomfortable.

Rustic charm, historic sites nearby, great pizza, hospitable hosts, comfortable rooms.

We were warmly greeted by the host, who kept the kitchen open for us despite our late arrival. The pub had a cozy atmosphere and we enjoyed good conversations. The lamb chops for supper were absolutely delicious. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast served was nice and warm. This is the perfect place to rest and relax during a trip from Johannesburg to Cape Town. I would highly recommend this charming place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a great experience at this guest house while backpacking! The owners were friendly and accommodating with secure parking. The on-site bistro offered delicious food and a cool communal room was available. A big shower and comfortable bed made for a much-needed break. The location made it easy to travel between Johannesburg and Cape Town.

I did encounter beggars on the streets which made me uncomfortable.
